Oggetto: Conferimento dell’incarico di Conduttore Radio di AISC NEWS Europa
Il sottoscritto Prof. Foad Aodi, Presidente e Fondatore di AISC NEWS, conferisce con la presente al Sig. MOHAMED SALAH ABDELHALIM l’incarico di Conduttore Radio di AISC NEWS Europa.
L’incarico consiste nella conduzione dei programmi radiofonici di AISC NEWS in Europa con l’obiettivo di diffondere e informare sulle attività e sulle criticità riguardanti tutte le comunità e i cittadini di origine straniera presenti in Europa, non esclusivamente le comunità arabe, promuovendo la diffusione di notizie di interesse per tutte le comunità di origine straniera.
Il presente incarico decorre dalla data odierna e sarà svolto in costante coordinamento con la Direzione e con il Direttore di AISC NEWS, nel rispetto della linea editoriale dell’emittente.
È fatto divieto, nell’ambito dell’attività oggetto del presente incarico, di trattare argomenti che possano alimentare divisioni di natura politica o religiosa o contenere attacchi nei confronti di qualsiasi Governo, in coerenza con la missione, i principi e la strategia editoriale di AISC NEWS.
Il presente incarico decorre dalla data della sottoscrizione e resta valido fino a diversa comunicazione tra le parti.

Subject: Appointment as AISC NEWS Europe Radio Host
The undersigned, Prof. Foad Aodi, President and Founder of AISC NEWS, hereby appoints Mr. MOHAMED SALAH ABDELHALIM as AISC NEWS Europe Radio Host.
The appointment consists of hosting AISC NEWS radio programs in Europe with the aim of disseminating information and raising awareness about the activities and challenges concerning all communities and citizens of foreign origin living in Europe, not exclusively Arab communities, by promoting news and information of interest to all foreign-origin communities.
This appointment shall take effect from today’s date and will be carried out under the constant coordination of the AISC NEWS Management and the Editor-in-Chief, in full compliance with the editorial policy of the broadcaster.
Within the scope of this appointment, it is strictly prohibited to address topics that may promote political or religious divisions or to make attacks against any government, in accordance with the mission, principles, and editorial strategy of AISC NEWS.
This appointment shall take effect from the date of signature and shall remain valid until otherwise agreed or communicated by the parties.

الموضوع: تكليف بمنصب مذيع AISC NEWS أوروبا
يُكلّف البروفيسور فؤاد عودة، رئيس ومؤسس AISC NEWS، بموجب هذا الخطاب السيد محمد صلاح عبدالحليم بمنصب مذيع AISC NEWS أوروبا (مذيع ايسك نيوز أوروبا).
تتمثل مهام هذا التكليف في تقديم وإدارة البرامج الإذاعية الخاصة بـ AISC NEWS في أوروبا، بهدف نشر وإيصال المعلومات حول الأنشطة والقضايا والتحديات التي تهم جميع الجاليات والمواطنين من أصول أجنبية المقيمين في أوروبا، وليس الجاليات العربية فقط، مع المساهمة في نشر الأخبار والموضوعات التي تهم جميع الجاليات ذات الأصول الأجنبية.
يسري هذا التكليف اعتبارًا من تاريخ اليوم، ويتم تنفيذ جميع المهام بالتنسيق الكامل مع إدارة AISC NEWS ومديرها، مع الالتزام الكامل بالسياسة والخط التحريري للمؤسسة.
ويُحظر، في إطار هذا التكليف، تناول أي موضوعات من شأنها إثارة الانقسامات السياسية أو الدينية، أو توجيه أي هجمات أو إساءات إلى أي حكومة، وذلك التزامًا برسالة AISC NEWS ومبادئها واستراتيجيتها الإعلامية.
يدخل هذا التكليف حيز التنفيذ اعتبارًا من تاريخ التوقيع، ويظل ساري المفعول إلى حين صدور إشعار آخر أو اتفاق جديد بين الطرفين.
